Explain yourself!

I've got this knack, like when I really like an album, I love to read articles from the artists telling stupid details about it, like where the cover-picture was taken, or things like that. Quite often people totally disagree with me on that, but that's what I like. Strolling through the PRESS-section of this site, I found this article that I absolutely loved and I thought it deserved attention. So here it is:

Now, my question to y'all, do you find stuff like that interesting, or are you more like, I just like the music and don't care 'bout the stories around it?

Man, I love reading that stuff.  Gives you another insight to the mind of the artist.

Now, granted that Jim's stories are interesting, that makes it better.  Sometimes, the artist and the stories aren't all that interesting, and it's hard to care.  But Jim can really tell the story in an interesting way...

I love the "behind the scenes" stories too; I bought a book called 100 Best Album Covers a couple of years ago, and though I don't agree that they're the 100 best, it's really interesting to read the details behind the covers. Here's a link to the description of the book>>>>>>>>>>>
