I had purchased tickets previously at Exit/In for the last tour before they cancelled.  I was never refunded for the tickets--and was only sent confirmation from ticketmaster that the show was cancelled.  I plan on going to the new date at exit/in, but am wondering if I have to reorder the show--or will they just send me new tickets?

The same thing happened to me. The tickets for the show in June are more expensive, so you have to turn in your tickets for a refund and buy new ones. I bought mine at Tower, so that's where I did the transaction. Ticketmaster (insert expletive) does not notify you about this. Good luck and I'll see you at the show!
