This year my family and I moved to our new life.

Number 1 son continues to make me proud, making his way in the world in an honest, hard working, hard playing way.

My daughter has started college, taking a course she loves and making new friends.

Number 2 son is loving is new school.

I have a new job. Much less money but much less stress.

Missing old friends but keeping in touch and having plans to see them in the new year.

And I'm much closer to my lovely man and his beautiful sons.

Life is good  :D

Woweee.  Everyone seems to have had some pretty big years.

dith, glad to hear about the retreated stress factor.  That is so much more important.  Yay!

DUDE!!!  That's so exciting!  That's so soooooon!  Oh boy, that's just great.  Nothing like a sleeping baby to take all the bad things away.  Or a baby just looking at you.  That's pretty good.

Now, a colicky baby, jeez that can be...  ha ha, just kidding.

Oh my god.  That is wicked!  Is he touring right now?  I have to check this.  He probably won't come to Toronto, though.  But maybe!

It's been an up and down year for me...

Good:
Graduated from University
Had the best few weeks of my life with an amazingly close group of friends after university, May to early July.
Discovered MMJ.
Booked a trip to Mexico and USA for late January onwards. Cant wait for that!!!

Bad:
Lost a very close friend of mine to cancer, leaving a husband and 5 year-old child. Life can be a real bitch sometimes.
Had to endure a bad few months at a job I hated, but I've left now so that doesn't really count...

Looking forward to 2005. i think it's going to be a big year for me. I have to get myself a job (once I return from my trip) and find somewhere to live. I guess that's quite a major objective...

I'm also going to see Oasis in July. That should rock. I actually had a dream the other night about MMJ supporting Oasis at the gig. I think I may well wet myself should that happen. Fat chance though!
Why's it sooo soft when the cannons unload on the others?
Why're we so loud when we say it wont happen to us?

2004 was a weird year. Everything I build up in 2003 that I thought was going to last forever, fell apart and everything I thought I knew got flipped around this year. It all felt really weird and yet, in a strange way, not that bad at all. So I guess I could say I had quite a good year. :)
I'm ready when you are
