Reasons to paint your floor

1. It's in the basement and it's concrete.
2. The cat has peed on it and it is in the basement and is concrete.
3. To match the grey walls of the basement paint it grey if it is in the basement and its concrete.
4. Be sure to paint a wine-red chair rail on the wall of the basement if the floor is to be painted grey. Also paint a baseboard on teh wall that is wine-red.
5. If the floor sees excessive water damage from poor drainage outlets in the window wells, pull up the basement carpeting and paint the floor grey, then replace the carpeting with new carpeting, but do not put padding under the carpet. The floor must be concrete and in the basement.
