aw thanks people!!! it was so nice to get in this morning (its still only 7.50am here) and see all the birthday love from around the world.... give yourselves all a big hug from me, my mmj family!!!

actually i've just turned 28, but i was thinkin it's my 29th YEAR (you've lived a year before you turn one right?) which sounds better than 28....

what is ridiculously uncool about being 30 tom? i'm actually looking forward to it, plus i must still look a fair bit younger than 28 as i recently a) was (attempted) chatted up by a (non-english speaking, which would have made things difficult) 22 year old italian, who seemed quite surprised to know how old i was.... which made the whole thing a tad depressing....
and b) asked for ID (drinking age here is 18) to get into a pub!! heehee

anywaaaaay... thanks everyone, i'll have another piece of chocolate cake for you!
