i have a nun puppet just like it.  took me YEARS to find.  they are pretty effin rare and were made from what ive been able to find back in the 30's on up through the 60's.  at least rubber puppets that is.  im not sure how long or when the nun puppet was actually made though the person that sold it on ebay i bought it from claimed it was from the 30s.
