Is Stephen Colbert REALLY running for president officially?  Or is it just a stunt that he'll back out of?

the DNC kicked him down right after he signed up, mainly because he wasn't planning on campaigning in any other states but SC. so they decided since he wasn't serious about running, that they shouldn't consider him serious for their primary. so he's out.
