RC: What other messageboards do you frequent?

this is kind of a consensus/mini survey.  just out of curiosity.

RC: = Roll Call for all you dweeboids out there.

I know some of you fuckers are from PT and I know some are from atease/ween/etc.  so where did you dwell for all the years before this forum? what was it like there? how was it different? was it better or worse? if so, in what way?  I'm curious because I love most of the bands I've seen people mention as their home turf.

Same as RC. This is the only message board I frequent. Once in a great while I'll check Black Rebel Motorcycle Club's or Supergrass's but it's to see if there are good tabs.

This is pretty much my internet home when I'm online.

I am partial to a bit of a Springsteen forum once in a while but that's about it.

As for me, I was a part of the now defunct www.musiciansforums.com when I was in middle school and wanted to be the next shred-head. That's where I met my (internet) girlfriend, name Ashley Swan. It was so romantic (she told me she loved me the second day we chatted--no one had ever thought I was cute before. Romance ensued, and then quickly ended when I realized she lived in Florida, I lived in Virginia, and It'd be a good two or three years until I'd have my driver's license, much less a good explanation of events to my parents...)

Joined Clutch's forum over at www.pro-rock.com, but there's is just full of really hardcore drunks and pervs. Seriously. There's a whole NSFW section for the posting of some of the most vile garbage I've ever seen, and when any of the board's ladies post, there's normally a follow up complaining about the fact that they didn't show pictures of their boobs. It gets a little old to hang out with 30 and 40 year olds digging up porn and "recommending" it to their friends. I lasted about an hour on that board and then gave it up. Didn't even bother posting.
