I just got to work, and I can already tell it's gonna be one of those days. I took the day off yesterday to climb a mountain in the sun, what a good choice that was, wish I had never climbed down.

word. i'm working the early early shift. started my day all pissed off b/c fletcher won the gubernatorial primary here in ky. wtf?  >:(

blah, he's got a snowball's chance in Hades to win here in the fall election...

I luv it when worthless 2 hour meetings get cancelled. I can sit around doing nuttin. Hell last Friday, I sat in my office and played guitar most of the day. Kind of a Ricky Garviseque moment. Probably will do the same this Friday too.

About half an hour ago I was out with the work van to pick up our parts order when "Gimme Shelter" came on the radio.  Needless to say, windows were rolled down, the volume cranked and I drove around until it was over then came back to work.

Oh man, this is too funny. And YES, Gimme Shelter with the windows down is a great reason to keep on driving.

I really should be getting things done right now, but I've just got that pre-show excitement/day-dreaminess for the Arcade Fire tonight. Been doing a little work, mostly just listening to music and reading Arcade Fire concert reviews. I've got this forum window shrunken down into the bottom corner of my monitor, hiding it when I hear people walk by behind me.

In this day and age PCs should all really come with a 'boss button'
