First, it's WND, so it's already got a bit of "keep in mind this is turned up to 11", however I've worked with FIRE in the past and they're pretty level and I'm not surprised in their involvement. Schools in New York have lost lawsuits on similar facts when the RAs in the dorms were told to assume that all white kids were inherently racist due to their upbringing and to re-educate them.

It's not likely to stand.
