This is pretty classic.  Is that dude a regular?  I shamelessly love that song.  It is my experience that anytime after midnight, if I choose that for my song at a karaoke bar, 10 beautiful girls come up to sing it with me.  Why do people hate on it so much?

1) They're the jonas brothers of hair metal
2) Spend a week here, especially in the summer and you'll hate it too when every bar you go to plays it, then plays Def Leppard's Pour Some Sugar on me immediately after but still calls it a Bon Jovi song.
3) Sing it at Karoake in NJ and you'll inevitably end up having some overweight alcoholic in her late 20s/early 30s with pube-like hair on her head and suspected mustache all up in your shit claiming you guys were meant to be
