QuoteI borrowed season 1 of The Sopranos from a guy at work and really liked the show.  Now I'm gonna have to join Netflix and catch up on season 2-5(?)  Is season 5 out on DVD yet?
Big fan of Tony & his crew.
We're about to start Season 3 here in Japan (late as always!)
God will forgive them. He'll forgive them and allow them into Heaven.....I can't live with that.

I wish this happened in Boston while I was there a few months ago.  I seen a building in New York painted like one of the moononites and I freaked out.

i've been saying "hallelujah holla back!" to people all day. which was fine, until a guy at work expressed his feelings about me saying that. so i stopped. but he isn't here now....so hallelujah holla back! (its the only place i can say it)

Quotereally wanna get "the trailer park boys" on dvd. to damn expensive.
Yeah me too, why are they so expensive?!!

yeah i know, its not like there's 30 episodes. there's like 12 and they're a half an hour. has anyone seen the movie?

I could try to find that out for you. Alliance-Atlantis is the producer (Showcase Canada) and distributer and I used to work for them. However, I believe the reason why the DVDs are expensive is due to import fees. The DVDs are not expensive in Canada.

The film hasn't been released on DVD in Canada yet. It did really well domestically in Canada, but never had an American release.

Yes sir!  I hope to get going started sometime this weekend.

If I saw red's post earlier, I would have recommended Deadwood. The series can sit next to best of the legends of the genre: John Ford, Sam Peckinpah, Howard Hawks and Anthony Mann. It's one of the darkest westerns and series for that matter, that I've ever seen.
