Work is driving me nuts as well.  I have a degree in Chemistry but basically I take orders and check order status over half the day because we don't have enough people to do things like that.  Ugh...basically I have tons of busywork that keep me constantly doing 10 things at once from 9:00-4:30.  After that the phones are pretty slow, but by that time I'm so burned out I just want to surf the net for the last hour.  Which I often do haha so I can't complain too much.  And I bought Abbey Road on vinyl and I haven't listened to the new Black Angels yet, but my dad stays up so damned late I can't even get stoned...by the time he goes to bed I might as well just go to bed too...ugh, why do I live with my parents again?  Oh that's right because I owe $62,000 for going to school to get a degree I barely use only to make less than teacher money.  Sweet.  Maybe someday I'll figure out what to do with my life to make some more money.  Oh, and I haven't driven my '69 Firebird in 3 years and I took the motor to a guy to be rebuilt on June 2 and he still doesn't even have the parts for it because they're made in India or China or some shit now because Americans don't make jack shit anymore because the corporate big shits are too fuckin greedy...Ahhh, that felt good!  I love this place I would insert the hugging smiley if I knew how....looks like dad finally went to bed!   [smiley=beer.gif]

Dude, you should move to the Bay Area...with a Chemistry degree, I'm sure you could get a job at one of the pharmaceutical companies down there. Chiron and Bayer have facilities in the Emeryville/Berkeley area, and Amgen has a HUGE campus in South San Francisco (as well as a big ass facility just north in Fairfield). I know that picking up and moving across the country is pretty complicated, and you may have ties to home that you need to be there for, but if you're game, I'm sure you could find work out here.

I have a double header tonight for Softball. 8:30 then again at 10:30. WTF? I'm already exhausted as I'm sleeping like shit. We keep getting damaging storms (another one last night), I'm having to hack trees, bushes, and stuff down, my grass is like an Amazonian rainforest in its height and thickness from the rain, and I cannot stop eating. I'm eating twice what I normally would and I am hungrier then when I started.

My dog just found a badly mangled cat in my back yard.  I had to put it out of its misery, and only afterwards did i realize it is my neighbors cat.  now i have to wait for hime to get home.  ugh

RC, I didn't really want to get too much into detail.  I shouldn't have even brought it up.  It had just happened and I was kind of freaked out.  Doctor or not, I know that cat was suffering horribly and I did what I thought was the right thing.

I've got 4 Lortabs left, so the medicine cabinet has a nice backup reserve... I don't really need them for the time being, unless my clumsy-ass accidentally bashes the finger into something.

It was weird, he had just a tad bit of fever but no other symptoms except he was just constantly pissed off.  He would just stand in the middle of the room and look at you and cry. :'(  I'm just happy we figured it out and there is a light at the end of the tunnel!
