I keep getting the chills and shit.  it's not my nose as much as my throat and lungs.

where do I get an anal probe at? homedics or something? I'll look into it, my colon feels fucked and I haven't even boned any guys this week.

Something wicked this way comes.

The positive to 70 mph winds is that I don't have to rake leaves but I'll probably be picking my neighbors halloween decorations off my roof.

I've had ongoing battles with insomnia for years, it really sucks.  Got a script for Ambien, but that shit makes me feel awful the next day, so I never take them.  I concur with Bigsky, bong hits (and a roll in the hay with your sig-other) usually helps!  And a glass of wine (helps me at least).

Don't go to bed until your definitely ready to sleep.  Reading a book for a bit before can help as well.

Walterfredo...all good suggestions.  Any or all of them work for me!  (preferably all 3 combined).  Also exercise!  Just wear yourself out and you're bound to want to sleep (and sleep better).  Also (so I've heard) regular sleep schedules.  I've never been able to do this, but someday plan on giving it a try.  I just never want to go to bed at night...not that I can't sleep...just have lots to do at night and don't want to go to work in the morning!!!
We could.

RC, I also noticed a few posts above that you've been stressed out lately. For me, when I'm carrying a lot of stress, I always sleep poorly (or not at all). The last couple months have been horrible for sleep 'cause work's been grinding me up. I find that if I can exercise really hard in the early evenings, then have a good, full meal, that helps me get some sleep. Finding the time to exercise and eat well is a challenge sometimes...

But, whatever you can do to manage the stress might help you to sleep better too.  :)

I was going to say, whenever I do a lot of yard work...I have no problems sleeping. Also, when I am too stressed about something, I try to think about stuff that interests me. I am a designer, so I usually try to think about one of my designs, and since this makes me happy, I can forget about the other crap in my head...
