Thanks everybody, it really means alot to me. I am starting to feel better now that I was able to see family members and grieve with them.

2. The battery on my car died--at least, I hope it's the battery.

I lost my parents nearly ten years ago. I miss them especially badly at this time of year.

Real sorry to hear that Susan, thinking of you at this time...
God will forgive them. He'll forgive them and allow them into Heaven.....I can't live with that.

My thoughts are with you, Susan. Christmas has not been the same for anyone in my family since my dad passed 2 years ago. I definitely felt relief last year when the holidays were over. This year I am trying to get into the spirit more, especially because he loved this season, and lots of little things about it make me think of him. I'm sure your parents are still with you, though, and always will be. Take care.

Thanks, guys  :)
And Colleen, I've reached a point when I can think about them and laugh about things they did and not get upset every time. I'll tell you something about them if I may. My Mum used to take a feather boa to parties in case anybody asked her to sing 'Big Spender'. And they usually did!! My Dad used to roll his eyes at it but he loved it really.
You take care too, and have a happy CHristmas.

Ok so i rented 2001: a space oddysey from blockbuster which i've been wanting to do for awhile but it was out everytime i checked. I'm watching it and getting real into it and its starting to get real interesting. The one dude has the conversation with the computer and it mentions that something about the mission is a little fishy. I'm wondering what that thing is they dug up on the moon and the significance to the ape people that it had. So I'm at the part where he concludes his conversation and he goes to check on that thing that it said was going to stop working in 72 hours or something. The guy is floating in space and i feel a little anxiety cause that freaks me out the thought of just floating in vast empty space and then the dvd starts to skip and just stop. The dude is frozen in space. I take it out and see that its cracked. Scene selection won't let me access any chapters past this point. I'm going to demand a free rental. I would just buy the dvd but i can't find any copys by itself without getting the kubrick collection. I want to get that set eventually anyway i think i'm gonna buy it.
That's motherfuckin' John Oates!

Thanks DB. I really am doing much better now after the Holidays allowed for some much needed visiting with relatives. I appreciate your concern.   :)

bug

awww, that stinks :(  If you are really freaked out about that ask if they might be able to give you some Ativan(spelling?) to take about an hour before you have it to help relieve some of the anxiety for you :)
