Hope you're back to life again by now, wolof! The flu is the absolute worst...... missing music is insult added to injury for sure  :-\

Thanks, WN I do feel a whole lot better. But alas one week's misfortune begets another as a woman rammed into my parked Subaru last night. She did come and get me to let me know as I was having a family dinner which was good but stated she has to pay out of pocket bc her insurance co. is "ready to drop" her. The whole front side panel will need to be replaced and the driver's side door won't open. My car is a trooper and I'm trying to not let it get to me, accidents happen, but my car has had a really tough year.  :-\

...And yesterday totally f'd me up too. I am usually up early and the morning felt like it was half over before I got started. I don't like that feeling.
Oh, I will dine on honey dew And drink the Milk of Paradiseeeee

Oh man...  From one Subaru parent to another... I feel the hurt.  :'(   I wonder why her insurance co. is ready to drop her..... hmmmm....  ::)  Well like ya said, at least she was honest enough to tell you... I'm pulling for an "it's always darkest before the dawn" scenario for you, wherein you will be starting a lucky streak any second now! (It might just be an hour behind like our biological clocks......) But I hope things drastically improve for you asap (and I'm sure they will!)!!!  :bath:

P.S.  Is it just me, or is the forum clock still off an hour too??  All the postings are still saying the earlier time, at least on my comp.....

This is some sad news...the dancing Bear has fallen. I'm sure he's already tripping with Gerry up in the clouds rockin' to the wall of sound.

Ahhhhhhh sorry to hear she's not her normal self!  I hope she's just a little off and will be back to speed soon!!  I meant to tell you I just finally found a job down here in NC, and it involves helping a lady (who has 4 chickens, with babies on the way in April!!!)  I've been helping her garden/landscape a bit, and help feeding/watering and general surveillance of the 4 ladies! They are SO CUTE. There are chickens everywhere down here, it's so great!  So with that said, the chickens and I also wish your girl the best of luck and a speedy recovery! Keep us posted!!

I'm sorry Trish, but both my parents are testament to the fact that the big C doesn't always lead to the big D.  Still, its tough and my thoughts are with you and your dad.
The fact that my heart's beating is all the proof you need.

Sorry to hear Trish but I'm glad to hear it's treatable and the prognosis is good.

It's really tough to get that damn C word, but stay strong and I'll be keeping you, your dad, and family in my thoughts.
