heres what you do: you email the people who are selling them for an outragous price. in that email make sure you tell them that their a bunch of assholes for doing this. ask them why would a person in California need tickets to a concert in Boston? then say oh thats right you're in it for the money and not for the music. make sure tell them how sad that is.

i sent an email like that to a person for about a week straight. it didn't work, but maybe he realized what a jerk off he is.

i was lucky enough to see the them in nola in 05. they were booked for the parish @ HOB which is a small room above the House of Blues and that easily sold out so the night of the show like tons of people showed up trying to get more tickets and they realized the main HOB room was empty so they moved it in there and sold that out. That was like a 300-700 person increase. Not suprised at all that it sold out so quick.

i have to write a paper about "me as a hero" for tomorrow, for my spirituality class. i haven't started. i would've, because hypothetically this is a great paper.
but i'm not a hero.
i haven't ever given my life to soemthing bigger than myself.
i've never ever suffered, and learned from my suffered.
nor have i ever moved the the unknown, consciously.

I'm saying if all you have to complain about is that you don't a spoon that is the specific size you'd like it to be maybe you don't really have that much to complain about.  You're all over this thread, I know, but I think that's one of the most ridiculous complaints I've ever heard.

Seems a little silly to delete yourself on account of feeling disconnected from everyone. I think that's a bogus excuse to begin with, though - I've seen lots of folks engage with you around here, and while it may not be on first name basis or anything, you're far from overlooked.

I was thinking the forum had alot going for it here lately. We're hot heels from Okonokos and New Years, we've fresh stuff to rant about with the Bonnaroo Conspiracy, thoughts and speculations on the upcoming studio album, solo projects to talk about, a mindblowing Archive project in the works, the "One Big Holliday" (goddamn, why is it spelled wrong?) get together, etc, etc.

not speaking for face, but i think this post is part of the problem.  you think it's silly, but obviously she doesn't, and that's why she left.  do you have some magical powers to gauge the seriousness of people's problems?  i'm sure i'm not the only one who thinks most of your "complaints" or "problems" are bogus and petty, but no one has ever called you out on them.  (well maybe now i have.)  we all react to situations and events in different ways.  maybe this big spoon problem face had was too overwhelming, and she needs time to re-energise.
