Well, thanks for asking MJ!  I was complaining bitterly the other day that I hadn't been camping enough this year and the fact that I have no yard nor patio upon which to place one of those fire pit things you can buy at Target; added to the insult is that, much to my dismay, my stove is an electric one which shoots down the idea of putting a marshmallow on a skewer over the flame....so she was telling me that she usually just makes a foil packet consisting of the graham cracker, chocolate piece, a cube of caramel, sprinkles the coconut on that and then tops it with the other graham.  Then she folds it all up in a little pouch of aluminum foil and puts it in the oven (possibly the broiler?). And then deliciousness ensues!!!!  (She also mentioned that this technique works just as well on a bar-b-q, but alas, I don't have one of those either!!) I haven't tried it yet but it sounds plausible... :D
