You think that's a distinct Canadian accent? Napanee folk aren't known for their accents. But Avril still talks like a baby (seriously, she does) and has never been able to express herself in any kind of adult-like fashion. She's also totally controlled by her manager and the producers she works with. At least looks aren't important to her, given who her husband is.
