One of the young men and I often surf the net, gawking at the $800 shoes and he came across some money for Christmas and bought me some shoes. I was pretty blown away by the gesture.

Today my friends and I are getting together for our first annual "Bloody Merry".  Potluck supper, 2 hours of bowling, then a pilgrimage to the local bar.  We've got half the bowling alley reserved (4 times larger than our average bowling nights) and more than our weight in booze.  It's going to be incredible.  Everyone's home for the holidays and I can't wait to catch up with some chums.

I'm way more excited for today than any other day in the very near future.  Wish me luck (I'm the reigning bowling champion - 229! (5 pin) - but I tend to get very drunk on nights in which we hit the lanes, today is to be no exception).

Gingerade Kombucha!

Just polished off a Guava Kombucha  - not too shabby

oh word! Paulie!!! I think grape is my fave now, will have to give that one a try. I started off drinking the green tea one. Big mistake, it tasted awful and turned me off the drink completely for 6 months. I am glad I tried the ginger and now grape kombucha a month ago. It's niiice. They should sell that stuff in rock/dance clubs. Barz...

Good luck with the quest for the new amp Senor Kohler. I have a Roland JC 120, but a m looking for a tube amp. Maybe a Vox.  Or a Matchless.

that's what i thought. it was on the other side of the cereal isle, next to oatmeal. i was shocked. it wasn't my favorite as a kid, but i still had to get it.


current joy: finally got an Ipod. took forever to transfer my songs into itunes. also bought a good pair on headphones, and the car radio thing. now i don't have to listen to the radio when i drive around at work! i'm so happy with this purchase. it was either a 360 or ipod. i think i went with the better choice.
