Ruckus, is that like the butterfly flapping it's wings a hundred miles away kind of shit?   ;)  I agree that one play can change the whole dynamic of the rest of the game.  (But we were going to win that game no matter what, I promise you.)

B, I AM stubborn I guess.   My wife always gets pissed at me and says "why do you always have to be right every time."    But that's the whole point of an argument right?   If I thought she was right then we wouldn't be arguing??!?!??!  Hello?!?!

I'll meet you at the bar for sure.   What are you drinking, so I can have one waiting for you when you arrive.    Ever have Buffalo Trace Whiskey?   Cheap AND delicious.

I'm digging, digging deep in myself, but who needs a shovel when you have a little boy like mine.

I'm more stubborn than either you.  So, there.

BH- I will be seeking out some Buffalo Trace this afternoon.

Ruckus

Good 'ole Buffalo Trace.  I would say the biggest contributing factor to my GF getting kicked out of MMJ MSG NYE and another friend wandering the streets of Jamaica, Queens in the snow alone that same night. ;D

JT, it's great!  Drink up.  Shots!

Kuma's, the famed heavy metal themed burger bar in Chicago had in on tap last time I was there and we kicked the barrel ;D Kinda odd when the bartender says hold on for the next round of shots to go change the keg

I'm in the air over eastern Kansas right now, should be to St. Louis soon. I'll be alternating Buffalo Trace(rs) and Miller Lites. Never heard of Buffalo Trace, but cheap AND delicious sounds good to me.

I have a feeling that Ruckus is more stubborn than any of us...  ;D

Maker's better drop their price, or they will be in trouble.

Nice!   A keg of whiskey!

B, you want me to pick you up at the airport?    We can head straight downtown to a bar so we can hear the fireworks go off at Busch later on.....

Yeah, they just kicked me out of the airport bar, so maybe you should come get me. Damn it...that always seems to happen.  ;D

What's the best bar in St. Louis for watching Cardinals games...or, your favorite one anyway?

I think BT is better than Maker's regardless of price, same goes for Eagle Rare

When it comes to the playoffs, my favorite bar is my house.   The drinks are cheap, the chair comfortable and I can hear the commentary.    I don't go out like I used to and when I do it's to see music but I like the Soulard area.  There is a sports bar called Bar 101 there.  And, in keeping with today's theme, it has a sand volleyball court!!!

Ha!  I think they are installing them soon.  ;)

Do we have to watch Washington spazing out after every hit?

Gotta disagree. No pitching and five errors hardly makes it a best ever, imo.

Exciting game...yes, but that's as far as I can go.
