Dude....I remember that so well.... in 87 the Twins came back from last place in their division and won it all....same year Reggie Jackson came on TV and said Twins were not any good because they didn't have enough black players....heh...we showed that bigoted basterd didn't we?

91 was sweet too...the last of the hero's from 87 got one more WS title.

Twins are my only fav team to win championships in my memory...I am Dolphins fan in NFL   and I was too young to remember much bout their Superbowls victorys.

Do you think it is possible we could see Liriano before season ends...maybe if we head into post season?

I have a homer hanky from 91 Series but would love any future ones you can send me...thank you.
