I had dogfish head 60 minute ipa this past saturday... I'm no beer connoisseur but I very much enjoyed it.

I had the Dogfish 90 minute a couple of weeks ago, knocked my socks off!  A little pricey, but like 12% alcohol.   ;D ;D

oops, actually 9 %....but pretty awesome

60 minute is 6%

The 90 minute is my favorite beer, period. Celebrator is second.  I don't go for the 120 minute variety though.

On a more serious note, I just signed up for the Sierra Nevada Big Room mailing list. Sierra has a concert venue IN their brewery! They were building it my last year that I lived in Chico, so I never got a chance to see anyone play there. Looking forward to making it back up to Chico for a show sometime soon though...

I love Guinness (ok Obessessed is more like it) and I love IPA's but the idea if this sounds kind of revolting. I'd try it just to try it.

Revolting is mixing Guinness with Cherry Wheat and calling it a cherry cordial

Yeah, I'm gonna have to agree with AMD on this one.  I love the 90.  The 120 is a great dessert beer but its sugar content is so high it's tough tough.  It's basically a port or sherry with more kick.  I pounded a 120 once for a stupid dare.  It worked. :D

I'm really diggin' the Sam Adams Noble Pils seasonal.  That is right up my alley.

I don't generally care for really hoppy beers like the 60 or 90 (I have a feeling I'm going to get kicked out of this thread for saying that  ;D), but I thought the 120 was awfully smooth and tasty.  Though it's not something I'd drink every day, certainly.

 ;D  I like them hoppy, but just not soooo hoppy.  I love Surly Furious, and that's reeeeally hoppy, but also really well balanced.
