Wow. This is just the Teaser Trailer (about a 1:40ish). I've read about some of the changes/cuts coming and I'm just scratching my head. (No Fleur and several things greatly scaled back). Still, it should be fantastic as it's my favorite in the series and the last hour should just induce joy and tears. The while cave scene will be worth it alone.

The Savages - a great film and not too depressing given that the main theme is how two grown kids (played by Philip Seymour Hoffman and Laura Linney) deal with their dying father's dementia. The film was produced by Alexander Payne (Election, Sideways, About Schmidt), so it has a bit of his look and quirkiness.

Saw 'Man on Wire' last night.

Anyone seen it? Great film.

Documentary about Philippe Petit and how he walked between the newly built Twin Towers on a tight-rope in 1974.

It's an incredible film...

Watched my all-time favourite documentary tonight.





Terry Zwigoff is one of my favourite directors; Ghost World and Crumb are perfect in my opinion.  Bad Santa was hilarious.  Art School Confidential would've been magical if it wasn't for the serial killer subplot.

watched Bad Santa in honor of B-Mac...still 1 of the most laugh out loud funny comedies ever made as far as im concerned

and I forgot, and its eerie somewhat, that it was John Ritters last movie, though it wasnt B's

If youve never seen Bad Santa and you like crude, hilarious comedies - youll love it. The Coens wrote/produced it, but its not Lebowski or Raising Arizona humor..its just comedy greatness

Son of a bitch.....Warner Brothers has delayed the release of Harry Potter & The Half Blood Prince until July of 2009. Movie is done and was set for release in November of this year. They so they could take advantage of the summer blockbuster season. What a bunch of shit.
