Guess I am missing something here.  When I go to the spot where I post my reply, I cannot copy and paste it onto here.  then if I hit the little 'insert image' button, it just types this out, , and I don't know how to actually load it.

It has to be hosted to a website.  Then you copy and paste the URL (web address) in between those img thingies.

Try this:

1. Put thumbnail on pic to be posted from photobucket
2. Double click on "IMG Code".
3. Right click and "copy"
4. Paste in forum box here.

I just did and here is a picture of Jim at 70 hitting on the librarian:
