supposedly yim sat in with widespread panic at their SXSW show last night that was taped for ACL...

could this mean we'll see him go out with panic during their set at hangout fest????

based on the speculation time slots that were posted on the inforoo boards (some of the major artists have announced what day and time they're playing on facebook/twitter.. MMJ has not) it would appear as if My Morning Jacket will go on for 1 hour and 45 minutes Saturday or Sunday night on the main stage right behind the Foo Fighters or Paul Simon who will go on to play a 2.5 hour set.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for an impromptu late night surprise set by our boys though. It seemed as if those were happening left and right during the festival last year.

Friday Night MMJ ---> Widespread Panic... Late night: Bassnectar (Day: MMW, Warren Haynes Band, Slightly Stoopid)
Saturday Night Flaming Lips ----> Foo Fighters.. Late night: Umphrey's McGee (Day: DBT, Xavier Rudd, Ween, Civil Twilight, Dead Confederate)
Sunday Afternoon/Night Amos Lee ---> Black Keys -----> Paul Simon

I'm sure you're curious as to who's playing when soooo.....
FRIDAY: Widespread Panic, Bassnectar, Grace Potter, Warren Haynes, Brandi Carlile.
SATURDAY: Foo Fighters, Flaming Lips, Primus, Pretty Lights, Dead Confederate, Minus the Bear.
SUNDAY: Paul Simon, Black Keys, Ween, Girl Talk, Amos Lee, Michael Franti, Galactic (?), Matis...yahu, JJ Grey

Avett Brothers & MMJ will play opposite dates Friday/Saturday. STS9 probably Friday given other band slots.

Lets hope we get Friday because the Flaming Lips are almost inevitably going to get the second biggest stage in the evening due to their freak-out light show.

I've been listening to sooooo much Paul Simon lately. Can't wait to be there. And as far as all the speculating, I think we should just go ahead and say Yim should play with every other band on the lineup. Could you imagine Paul Simon/Yim playing "Golden" together? My brain would assplode all over the beach.

i've already made this mistake...if you will also notice it says they are playing bonnaroo on the 9th...which would be a thursday...not gonna happen. i for one still think they will play friday...just can't go by what the myspace site says

i think the stage setup will make it possible.. there are two near equally sized stages facing each other on the beach.. those are the main two stages i believe.. if mmj could play their set and then the headliner for the night starts up right behind them after it's over
