Welcome maiconfire...good community here....that Conan vid was my introduction to the band, a month later I saw MMJ front row in a small club in Northampton, MA and that hair was a-flyin in my face (literally)...JJ saw me rockin out so hard he came up to me and played the majority of the guitar solo to Run Thru leanin against my back, yea that's right back to back with my future musical hero (I kid you not, the stage was a 1/2 ft above the floor) :D...It was a religious experience.

P.S. for other members - Has there ever been a "Welcome New Members" sticky thread (is that what we call them?). Should we? I've noticed quite a bit of newbs lately. 8)

once on méxico city, i live in monterrey méxico
its pretty close to states, i heard mymorning jacket around
8 years ago, my boss on that time loved music, and he show me
first one big holliday, months later i got some albums and 2 years ago
some frinds gave me as birthday present okonokos
took 2 months to arrive to where a live.

Looks like from the link that it was 2008. Though, the first time I saw the boys was 2006 at Roseland here in NYC and Jim was wearing the boots then.

Your post will most likely be towards the top of the threads in the section you posted in (in this case the "Off-Topic Ramblings"). Also, there will be a little orange box that says "new" next to the thread title. Hope this makes sense & welcome aboard!
