Anyone have a link to a detailed seating chart?

I keep pulling section V, but the TM chart doesn't show any section V.

Is the floor all ga? I've pulled ga's too, but they say "limited view". I'd really like to make the ride from Jersey, but not if I'm stuck behind a pole or something.

Thanks.
yeesh, hadn't thought of that.   we need someone who has actually been in the place.....what limits the view?

rusty95

i got ga and section V both say limited view I wouldn't worry bout' that.  section V looks to be at mid court for a bball game.  Thing that pisses me off is I selected best available both times and got section v row 15 first then went back for the hell of it and got ga .  so yeah I got 2 extras in section V now WTf.  So went back a third time just out of curiosity and Sec V row 12 came up.  I guess ticketmaster thinks row 15 is better than 12?  And Sec V is better than possibly the front.   I wish all bands and venues would just quit using TM.  and 9 bucks per ticket for fees .  Take that money and improve your "best available" search options. total bs.

But I got tickets so I''m happpy. ;D
Y'all got any disco ball back there?

thanks for that pic, slappymoe!
i think all the tix are coming up "limited view".  not sure why.
i pulled a res. seat  w-limited view.  when i couldn't find a good seating chart i released the tic and did another search.  pulled a GA.  it also said "limited view".

i bought the GA.   :coffee: (it's 7:30 am here.  too early to toast with beer.  although, i can think of a few people here who would argue that point...)

i've had it explained to me that sometimes, especially as a sale starts, there are lots of tickeks being "held" as people consider whether to buy them or not.  they decide not to buy, those tix get released.  that might explain why better seats come up when you search again.

i'm not going to sweat the limited view thing anymore.  the pics i've seen all look good to me.

see you guys there!!!!

Can You Put Your Soft Helmet On My Head

I've only been there for basketball games and as you can see from the picture there is not a pole or anything else to block your view.

no poles that i can see......

Thanks for the pic.

I guess ga limited view must mean the b-ball teams will be there, and no doubt, right in front of me!  ;)

And so it begins...

On eBay, 4 tickets, Section E, Row 14, Buy it Now for $666!  I knew ticket brokers were evil, but this clinches it.

The fact that my heart's beating is all the proof you need.

toretm

HolyShizz $666 is a crime!

I attempted to get GA throughout day until I was just matched with Section W Row 8. Can't be bothered with anymore Ticketmaster trickery.

This photo taken from Section R gives a good reference point for the entire venue....

Its gonna be LOUD in that place!  Doesn't look like a bad seat in the joint, its pretty small.  Seems like low ceilings.  Anyone been to a ballgame there?

Can anyone with floor tix tell me if the tix say "floor ga" or just "ga" on them?

On the bball seating chart it shows an upper side section as being "ga" and I'm not into buying one of those.

Thanks.

my reciept just says Ga.  You got me worried now as I bought them assuming ga was floor tix.  Chalk another one up for all mighty ticket master.  Selling tix with no seating chart available.

Not to be a Downer but I have some reservations about a student tixs. I shot an email to my cousin who works ticketing for Rupp and Memorial. She will get them for me on the condition "you can try if you want to but I'll be very surprised if you will actually get in. The people who work the door are UK student activities boards people and they are bitches about letting people in, they turn away everyone without a valid student ID even with student tickets. People get pissed, we get loads of complaints and nothing we can do. Students completely control this and make sure the show is exclusively by students for students"
Needless to say she got her point across and now I'm feeling obligated to fork out the extra $25 to guarantee my way in.  ???

Sorry rusty, didn't mean to do that.

I hear you about TM though. I even had them on the phone and they only had that generic chart with the x1,x2, x3 etc. The guy even got a supervisor and still couldn't find out anything.

I decided to wait until Monday, and try to contact someone at UK. Hopefully I'll be able to get some answers, and if I do, I'll post what I find out. I'd really like to come down from Jersey again, but I'd definitely like to be on the floor or in a good reserved.

One thing I'm pretty sure of is the stage will be on the end opposite sec. A. They offered me seats in that section and looking at one of the photos in this thread, sec A is right next to the concrete end wall, and would be totally obstructed if the stage were on that end, imo.

Just spoke to someone at UK and they told me Ticketmaster had mislabeled all the sections as limited view.  The only limited view sections would be sections G and T on the north side of the arena.

well, that solves that mystery.  we opted for seats this time, looks like they're pretty good.

thanks for the info.
