I've got a few bbq pits going right now, timing staggered to keep the meat coming. Uncle Rico and I were up drinking and shooting shotguns out toward the Channel Islands all night, so we got an early start on digging the pits and getting the coals going...first round of beef and pork by lunch. What did you guys bring to the potluck?
