I don't think there's any rule about it, but it seems like that would make things pretty easy for the scalpers, doesn't it?

For the folks who are new to the boards and posting in here looking for ticket passwords, please do stick around and join in on our little community.  It's a great group of folks and we really do try to welcome everyone.  Just forgive us for being a little skeptical - for all we know, you could be scalpers too.

When the presale is only 8-10% of the seats in the venue...no, there's really not a lot of tickets to go around.  Forgive us for doing what little we can to look out for each other.

I'm just glad I was persistent enough to get my tix wednesday! I think I wore out my mouse hitting refresh a million times ;D

Maybe with patience, better tickets will pop up, but considering my lack of luck with the MMJ presale, I am just happy to be in the building.  I have been shut out of popular shows on public onsales, so I just took what came up today.  Think of how many people will be scrambling for tix tomorrow!  I didn't grab the best seat in the house, but I AM GOING to the show!!  I actually declined the first pulls because of the bad angle, seats on the outer edge.  Now I am dead center.

My guess is if you are a scalper, you pay some of the available websites for getting password access.  There are plenty out there, but I don't want to pay for the privelege of passwords.

Got tickets thru the XRT pre-sale! After getting shut down on the initial pre-sale, i was very persistent today and scored 2 seats in Row R, seats 101 and 102! So pumped. See you all at the Chicago show.

I'm pretty sure the rows go A-Z then AA-ZZ so if you're W, you're in pretty good shape. This place ain't Staples Center.

I just looked up pictures from the inside of the venue and it looks super intimate. Hopefully I don't get a weird angle. Last year I saw Arcade Fire at The Shrine and that venue was freaking awesome...no bad seats.

If scalpers have to rely on message boards for presale passwords, then they're not very good at what they do.   ;D
