does anyone know if there is any camping real close to RR??  I found one place thats about 3 miles away.  Looking to see if there are any places walking distance from a camp site to the concert.

Damn this is a moral dilemma. I just spoke to my daughter and she is totally fine with us going.     Ugh.   She also said she would like to go, but that she was fun staying w the grandparents too.   But now she is saying she would reeeeeeally like to go to the show.

well since it's not till Aug, i would see how Hangout Fest goes and then see how you feel...you'll always be able to get tix and if you change your mind, then hopefully flights will come down by then :-) what a sweetheart of a daughter you have ..

I'm in...I live in Durango these days and have been waiting for the day to see them at Red Rocks.  I've seen them at The Greek, Coachella, Bonnaroo, MSG, The Fillmore, Telluride, T5, Lollapalloza and now THIS.  It's on.  My Morning Jacket - Red Rocks - 2011 !!!

This will be a great day!  Saw them 2 years ago at Red Rocks as an causal fan, after that face melting show i starting listening a lot more.

If you got rez tickets, then you can get in late and go to seats, but if you get to Red Rocks early and ga rows 1-24 are open you may sit there, they only check stubs if you are in rez seating at redrocks.

And if you get to Red Rocks late with a ga ticket, you could be in row 60+, which is fine if you want chill and hang out, but sound can be poor, great view though.  Best to get to show early and hit a row within 2-24.
