i totally spaced on the fact that this show is on a thursday. i could still make it work but my vaca isn't really supposed to start until saturday (if everything goes the way i think). i could maybe fly out wednesday night though .. stay in the denver area until monday (seeing the show, visiting other friends and hanging w/ you freaks [said with the upmost love and adoration naturally]) and then fly to 'bama to visit family and work on my tan for the week. we shall see !!
Keep me posted on your flight!  I am flying directly from my sales meeting in Ft. Lauderdale so I will either be coming in Wed night or Thurs morning.  Maybe we can meet at the airport and share a cab together :)

what's the lowest airfare from the NYC area y'all have seen? there is a groupon for southwest (spend $40, get $80 off) and i found a flight for a little over $300... not sure if this is good/great?

Who's flying in on the 2nd? I would like to meet up with people and go grab drinks on my birthday with you guys. I've never been to Denver, so if anyone knows any cool breweries to go to I'd appreciate it.
don't rock bottom, just listen just slow down...

if you have a car its definitely worth it to travel up to Oskar Blues and New Belgium. I've never been but I do enjoy their beers. There are some other good ones but they are slipping my mind...

I wont have a car until after the shows when our friend from Boulder comes and hangs out, but sounds like a plan.

I think you have to fly by July 27, though.   :P

This event should get filmed.  Should we do like 50 different camera fan film??
God damn those shaky knees.

i just happen to check the cost of flights even though i already booked a couple weeks ago and the tickets through southwest dropped 100 dollars. i called them up and they gave me a credit of 100 dollars to use on a different flight. Thank you Southwest!

The last Kayak/Priceline fare I saw was $307.00 non-stop Newark - Denver, leaving 8/2.

Hey guys,

The Groupon for that Colorado brewery tour I mentioned is back up.  Only like 11 hours left to buy, so if you're interested, get on it!

I'm told you should request "Gus" as your driver if possible.   ;D

OK who's stopping in STL on there way to Red Rocks?
I'm digging, digging deep in myself, but who needs a shovel when you have a little boy like mine.

Man RR is getting in the way of st Louis, Indi and Columbus. All for the same price as 1 is making me have to choose. Decisions...

If the Flaming Lips weren't playing DSOTM the night before at RR I would jump at this in a minute. Hit priceline last year for the PJ show in St Louis & the 4 star hotel was under $60 :D . I get free air travel + an easy, cheap train ride to a hotel, so it would be a no brainer. I'm still tempted because of the size of the theatre 8). I am a bit disappointed the RR show is now at the back end of 3 days of travel shows in a row :-\.

Add me +1 for the RR show & I'd like to thank Liz ( ynwa ) for the tickets. See you there!

The Lips ARE playing DSOTM at Red Rocks!

From their web site:    Including a special performance of "Dark Side of the Moon"
