T-Minus 10 days until "the Fellowship of the Jacket" begins their journey out West. It will be a long and arduous journey, surely rewarded with many drinks of cool, dank brews and fine naked wenches.  For we shall bask in the glory of the Great Jacket as they destroy the Ring of Rock and melt the faces of we, the celebrating peons.  All hail the Great Red Rocks!
You need it.  That's for sure.

Two weeks from tonight we'll be Rocking Red Rocks with what will surely be another great group of Jacketeers!

Roll Call looks great. :thumbsup: Looking forward to meeting all those I haven't yet had the pleasure to, as well as sharing another classic show with all those that I have.

Looking forward to meeting you as well ericm! I will be one of two original attendees from Jacketfest 2007 in attendance... ;)...unless my feeble mind has missed someone my apologies. It was a positive life changing event for me the peeps were and are SO special!  :)

happy to say that ill be at red rocks now!!!!! i thought my plans fell thru, but i was able to make them work again. hope to meet many of you guys there

I hear you Teo, my brain cell tends to misfire too much these day. ;)

It might be off right now, but were you at the Yum show? If so, I think we might have met briefly at BBC's preshow. Then again, I wasn't feeling any pain that night, so if that was you, it'll be good to meet you again when I can remember for sure.

Yep! Neon green shirt with neon orange spray paint on it...I took alot of good natured ribbing over that one! Prolly have a special shirt for this one as well...my Waterfront shirt was one of the best however...

so i have a question to the locals, is there any chance i can catch a taxi from the venue after the show to my hotel? ive never been to the west coast before let alone red rocks, any help with this would b greatly appreciated  :dankk2:

a couple of days at red rocks with mmj & your forum friends = priceless!

West coast? Man, I hope you figure out where Red Rocks is between now and then.   ;)

well played sir, i was planning on taking a taxi to the show. but i guess grabbin a ride with someone from here would make a lot more sense. thank u!

Hey guys-
I posted some time ago I can give rides before or after the show, if you don't laugh at me for driving a mini-van. I plan on going up early afternoon to get in line, hopefully with the rest of you.  It looks like I can carry up to six more.

Very cool.  8)  :thumbsup: It's this type of thing that makes this place, and the people here, as great as the band itself,imo. :beer:

Wish we could help out but our rental will be full the one night and taking the Party Bus the next.

I hope we can all meet up in the lot pre-show. It'll be great to meet some more really cool Jacket fans.

grabbing a taxi after the show is a tall order. if you have something pre-aranged (cab, limo, etc) they can pick you up in the small upper lot (handicap/drop-off lot)

but dont expect to stumble out of the show to a row of waiting cabs
