I remember when they played Houston in 08, and completely mindfucked everyone with all the new EU stuff (in a good way, i was jacked). The seemed to play 5-7 songs from EU at alot of shows before the actual release date. I felt like I knew the album before it came out, which looking back, took some of the surprise out of it.

Seems like this time around, we are only going to get a tiny flavor of the album before it comes out. I love this approach, because I have no clue what the rest of Circuital sounds like and I cant wait to find out.

Agreed.  Builds the suspense and anticipation even more.

I agree, although for somewhat different reasons. I remember sitting at work listening to the NPR stream of SXSW where they basically debuted most of the album. Goosebumps all the way, but then the studio version didn't give me the same high.

With this one, I'm starting to think they're holding something back from us. While you generally lead with a strong single, I think they've still got an ace up their sleeve, a song that will so incredibly change our lives that guys will become girls and girls will become guys and the institution of marriage will dissolve before our very eyes.
