Louisville Folks Help!

I figured this was a good place to ask.

My wifey and I are coming to Louisville for the Derby weekend.  Never been and want some rec's.  We love cool places, dive bars, good food, cheap food, great beer, interesting people, bourbon, good music (obviously).

Where should we eat, drink, play and hang?
