Gonna hit all three. Haven't seen much mention of the intimate KCRW show here, but that looks to be a great one too.

I listen to KCRW every day. I have not heard of that.

Yup, used to live right around the corner from that studio when I was in college. I remember walking back home from the bus and walking right by Robbie Robertson smoking outside. Looking forward to that show.

So there's a mini radio show the night before Pentages and MMJ plays Conan the night after. :o

when a band has a new record and they come to los angeles, they often spend some time here promoting it.
we get 3 LA events in a row (kcrw, pantages, conan). then they're back for sbb!
kcrw has promised to broadcast or archive the show (one of the two). it will be available in july. :birthdays:

There is a pit. It's a few rows of fold out seats, but there's definitely a pit.

I got good tickets for both shows. Just hope I can make them both and that they play different songs/order both nights.

The SB show is strict on curfew so the show should start at 7:30 and end at 10 sharp.

I could live with a 2.5 hour show, sitting right above the pit, 40 feet directly in front of them. :D

I'm drivin' 9 hours for the SB show, with an overnight stop in Venice Beach the night before. Still can't believe the good fortune of this falling on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. After watching storytellers, I'm gonna have to dust off licensed to ill and crank "no sleep til brooklyn" for the roadtrip!!!
