Yea, the quality was horrible, and I know it was my loss!  I am sure it was a fantastic evening, and I am sure the folks in attendance were blessed.  Hopefully it will be reposted, and not just the highlights to make me feel really guilty for cutting it off!

Honest Abe

So sorry about that guys, not sure what happened in the process.  Everything sounded fine while I was cutting it up.  I've never had this problem before.  Sorry again everyone.

Honest Abe, not sure who you are or what your association with the band is...I did not mean any disrespect, although my post was out of line.  It was a rough evening, and I guess trying to watch that did not help.  I am glad for all this band does and makes available.  Live streaming in itself I would think would be a chore w/o buffering, etc.  I am glad to have what is available.  I apologize for my posting.

My Monkey Friend

that was just so damn incredible. and i cant get over i saw it on my couch. highlights for me were circuital, i'm amazed (quickly becoming my fav live song), magheeta, smokin, the day is coming

Penny Lane

but come on...there's nothing sexy about poop. Nothing.  -bbill

kotchishm

My live stream was HD the whole time and didn't stop to buffer at all.  Sounds like I'm in the minority.  Never said it before but thanks Cox Cable
Sometimes when I get in my zone, you'd think I was stoned, but I never as they say, touched the stuf

Maybe someone got an HD capture and will post it to Dime (or somewhere else)??   ???

I know I'll be on the lookout.....

petemoss

About half way through the show, just after dondante, I switched over to my ipod.
The picture was perfect and the connection was great. wish I had've did that from the start...

mahg33ta

Seriously, the band never stops giving to the fans.   I would have ordered that on PPV and to get 3 hrs of greatness for free - WOW is right.

Everything exceeded expectations - no technological difficulties - looked and sounded great - new songs were great - setlist was great - encore was great.

God, I hope so, my little laptop couldn't handle the load.  :'(

No apology necessary (and no affiliation w/the band either, I'm just a fan), my recording sucks butt. Still trying to figure out what happened. Hopefully someone got a glitch-free recording or they'll rebroadcast it (like Arcade Fire's MSG show was) and we can get a pristine copy of it that way.

Did they rebroadcast these multiple times? Or just put up clips?

I think you guys may be confused.  jcoyote was complaining about the actual computer stream and Honest Abe was apologizing that the audio capture didn't turn out like he'd hoped.

Abe, please don't apologize.   So far, your recording is by FAR the best one out there and I have not listened yet!   Thanks for the effort!
I'm digging, digging deep in myself, but who needs a shovel when you have a little boy like mine.

I ended up watching the entire show on my I-touch,  little screen but BIG sound.  One of the best live performances I have seen in a loooong time

I'm really lovin how they blend there back catalog into there setlists and the new stuff fits right in with the old.

Mind blowing...as always...

Sat in the backyard, laptop, speakers, perfect picture, amazing sound, amazing virtual music experience.

Bob's observation, "Jim James is a musical genius."

I thought the whole band was in great form.  Energy level, as always, amazing.

Thank you again boys for a beautiful evening.

there were a few issues with skips here and there for me, but otherwise i was HD almost the whole show. I didn't switch cameras and was on Hayne's shoot the whole time for fear that i'd muck something up.

The audio mix was really werid, though...Jim's vocals weren't loud enough. Although I was using my new tv which is without proper stereo/surround system at the moment so it was just coming through the speakers of the tv via the computer....

I had the same issues at times. I could barely hear Erykah Badu until Tyrone. And other times it seemed like someone kept fucking with the volume. But I can't complain, as my video stream was HD and near perfect the entire show.

Caseydog

I watched it with a group of about 75 people at a venue in Milwaukee.  There were two periods where everything froze.  One time during Off the Record and then again during Golden.  After that it was great.  They had concert speakers set up and it was as loud as if the band was live.  The video was near flawless after Golden.

What a show!  Can't wait for Bonnaroo and Milwaukee.
