Yeah you know that song. The one from Ghostbusters II. BUT..have you heard it from the most Jackie Wilson-est singer since..well..Jackie Wilson?

No, no one has. We must hear the majesty and irrestitably dancy bass line of this song being played by the only band that could make it shine, My Morning Jacket.

To the band: one stipulation. Please refrain from playing this song while inside the Statue of Liberty after you've slathered pink ectoplasm all over the ole girl. It has very dramatic consequences.

So sign the petition by posting below. I am not ashamed to beg, cry and wimper until this cover becomes a reality.

How could people NOT want MMJ to do this song?

They probably don't even know the name of it or who Jackie Wilson is and thats most of the problem. But they know the song if they hear it. I'd consider it a musical education from Professor Yim Yames

I bote they play it in Tulsa since I'll be traveling 11 hours each way to see them play with Delta Spirit.

Matt Vasquez can sing a verse too. Everybody wins!
