MSG Security is pretty tough, I suggest smuggling them in rectally  ;)   I would also suggest lube first and tying a string to the end of each one for easy removal.

As a NYer and someone who frequents shows at MSG, I can asssure you that this is a myth.  MSG security is as cool as they come.  Little or no search coming in and zero hassle once you're inside unless you're a total idiot.  They go by the philosophy of letting people have fun as long as they're not endangering others.

anyone know about the time? my guess:
ticket says: 7:30?
boh: 8:15-9:15
mmj: 9:30

is this about right? my question is if i go in at 9 is there any chance mmj is already starting?

This is from MMJ's facebook
"Hello NYC and travelers coming in! Set times tonight at MSG are:

7:30pm Band Of Horses
9:00pm My Morning Jacket

See you soon!"
cool. thanks for the info. i will make sure to be inside before mmj.

Tons of people at stout!  Non MSG'ers. Look at @murda_machine twitter for possible show updates. Can't promise anything though

I know that handle is ridiculous, but it's a reference to a favorite comedian.
don't rock bottom, just listen just slow down...

I'm pretty sure I noted a hint of sarcasm in tater's post to try and deter glow sticks from being smuggled into the show because, ultimately, some douche in the crowd will start flinging them at the band and that is complete bullshit when that starts to happen...

Bookshelf

Poster is blue version of the Burwell LA poster. Not on sale yet.

Stout gets a little too crowded for me with all the after work crowd.  I prefer the Blarney right next door personally.  Either way... I  just want to get out of work already and get to the show!!!!
