tickets not arrived yet for manchester.crapping myself

I too ordered my tickets for birmingham (tomorrow) 3 months ago. Though Ive had an email, I called the box office, still no tickets have arrived??
The Jacket jinx strike two.... :(

Just back from the Glasgow show, no problems picking up the tickets at the box office. The band were great and played for over 2 hours.

tickets never arrived by post today as i was told they would by lucy at artist arena via email.gig on sunday starting to get very f****d off now will never be getting tickets through this site again no matter what happens >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

Soundgarden...How did you get in touch with Artists Arena?  As others have said, the phone number in the confirmation email isn't a valid one and they haven't responded to my emails on Tues/Weds.  I've asked CC on here who's on he case, but still yet to hear anything.

Do you know of an alternative phone number or email address (I've only used the generic info@artistarena.uk.com)?

i had received an email from artist arena after CC contacted them they said i would have my tickets today and to email them again if I didnt receive them.I have done so and havnt heard anything back. The email address i received my email from is-

No they haven't.  I'm a bit confused as to why they haven't replied given my initial email was sent on Tuesday.  I'm at work at the moment and no one is home so they *may* have turned up today - but with no contact from them, I'm not that confident!

aye my initial one was sent while ago.there d**kheads im well annoyed now im flying over on sunday morning early if they dont arrive and i hear nothing back im gonna have to sort something out in manchester ticket wise

Really starting to think artist arena just sucks. Seems like so many problems with these guys. I've had issues buying tix every time, having to re register over and over again, passwords not working, non-responsive to emails...now these issues. Sorry you guys are having to deal with this.

Artist arena=major failure.
