Maybe it's cached for you, so it appears that you can still get it? Or maybe because you're the uploader you can access it? I'm not sure.. can anyone else try it?

Alternately, if it's not a huge pain, you could try uploading again and creating a new download link.

That's exactly what I did.  The original mp4 file was uploaded and blocked, so I uploaded the same file zipped, with apparently the same result.  PM sent.
