It's been a while since I ordered and I can't remember if it's mail or will call. I don't see it anywhere on my receipt and the phone number wasn't any help.

This is for the Orlando show if it's venue specific.

Thanks...can't wait!

Not sure how it works venue to venue, but I ordered my tickets via Roll Call for the Dec 1 show in LA and they came in mail about 2 weeks ago.  The mailing was proceeded a couple days by a notification e-mail.  I couldn't remember the ticket method of delivery myself but was pleasantly surprised to not have to wait in will call line.  Good luck!
soft and warm all the time make you want it over and over

Thanks.

I ordered them through the "Artist Arena" website. I noticed on the invoice it said $0.00 for delivery but then again maybe the just take a few bucks out of the $21 in "service fees" to send them in a 0.35 cent envelope.

Yipes...assumed tix would be at will call, but the Roll Call receipt in my account says "(Mail)".  Just emailed them to see if they could clarify.

Same question for the San Fran show. Got my tickets for L.A. but didn't for San Fran and I might have accidentally deleted my confirmation e-mail.  Hoping they are will-call and my ID and CC will work to pick them up.

I think MSG is Will Call. They sent out a confusing and/or incorrect email mentioning mailing them, but I don't think it was referring to the MSG show.
but come on...there's nothing sexy about poop. Nothing.  -bbill

I  hope you're right, but like NoVa NoLa my Roll Call account receipt says "mail" also. I recieved my L.A.Tix in the mail but not S.F. Who knows about MSG, especially after that confusing email.  ::)

I have no doubt that my Roll Call presale GA West ticket will be waiting for me at the will call window of the MSG box office as of noon on Wednesday, Dec. 14th.  I will bring a copy of my email, my license, credit card, and Roll Call card.  All shall be right with the world.  Rest assured.

And if not, I'm storming the mutha!
The fact that my heart's beating is all the proof you need.

my receipt for dallas says mail too and i haven't gotten them yet.  anyone got a reply yet?

I'm 99.9% certain for MSG the tix are will call...

For San Fran, I haven't heard back yet.  Will call them this afternoon...why are they (artist arena) so screwed up around the issue of tickets?  Have they that much else to do?

Beats me!  All the Roll Call presale tix I ever got were Will Call (RR,MPP,Boston,Philly). Then these confusing emails/account reciepts saying mail, with the LA tix coming that way, and not SF.....I don't know what to expect. ???

Just called them...the guy who took my call seemed annoyed...but anyway,

Me:  I'm calling about tickets that I have not received  for a show this Friday in San Francisco...
Him: Which show?
Me: My Morning Jacket, Friday evening at the Bill Graham Civ
Him: (interrrupts) Your tickets will be at will call.
Me:  Are you certain because there seems to be a fair amount of confus
Him: (interrupts) Just bring your confirmation and credit card.
Me:  OK...I just wanted to check before flying across...
Him: (interrupts) They should be there...just bring your confirmation and credit card.
Me:  OK...thanks.

He never asked for my name or order number...so, I guess everyone's tix for this show will be at will call.

I'm going to Tulsa/Dallas/Houston and my orders through the fan club had also changed to mail. I got a reply back from Artist Arena and they stated that all tickets were will call and that only shows that had mailed tickets were 12/1 and 12/12. I would assume that unless you're going to LA or Greensboro, the tickets should be at will call.

Artist arena=complete failure. I've never experienced worse customer service in my life. I'm glad you talked to someone nova, I've left messages and they never responded.

jaye

I emailed artist arena and heard back after a day saying my tix for SF show would be at will call.   I just don't get why it would be so hard to put that on the confirmation?!

There was red print on the confirmation that if you purchased the MMJ Roll Call bundle w/ welcome pack THOSE tix would be at will call - but I didn't purchase that.

AND will call only opens an hour before the door?  That could be a long line.

great!  thanks for the info.  anyone receive the soundcheck info. for Dallas?

grizzy

Will call for my Orlando show (even though my receipt says mail after the number). Here is the email I finally got back from Artist Arena:

Laura, Nov-30 00:02 (EST):

Your tickets are will call tickets.  These tickets will be available at the venue box office the night of the show.  Please bring your printed confirmation order, along with your photo ID to pick up these tickets.

Please contact our office with any questions.

Seems with one little line of information on our receipts they could've made this so much easier.

How does soundcheck party work for those of you who have been to one?  I just received an email from artistarena about the Grand Prairie show but it had no info for the soundcheck.

1. When do I need to arrive for the soundcheck?
2. When will the soundcheck be?
3. Will I be able to leave the venue after the soundcheck and then come back for the concert?

We just did sound check party got LA and SF. You should get an email a week before your show saying what time and where. Therese last two it didn't seem to matter if you qued up in line way early or not. Small group. You get a sticker and go in and they come out do a few songs and that's about it. A few people shouted out some questions although they didn't offer up to answer any but Jim happily responded. It was brief and intimate and oddly chill. Then they give you your signed poster and you leave. SF was all GA so we got to go in early (before other doors) but we were not told that ahead of time. They actually pulled us out of line about a half hour before doors. Because they didn't announce that ahead of course nobody knew so the early line was short.  So ask is my advice so you don't miss an opportunity. LA it was not an option and the folks running the venue was a gong-show but the sound check party part was about the same. SF was just way more organized.
