Just pasted Vespa's excellent work into Excel  :) ...51 acts announced so far...at least 24 more to come... :bath:

A nice assortment, and will be a fun weekend, but I find it very disappointing in terms of this festival making a leap to the next level after the AC acquisition.  Wilco, while respected and fairly popular, is still a band that in most markets (i.e., this exact Louisville market) would probably play an indoor theater (Palace) or small amphitheater (Iroquois) show on its own tour.  I think they needed to book one headliner (beyond the hometown boys) from the lower end of the arena circuit to really make a name for the festival.  Somebody that averages crowds in the five-figure range, not the four-figure acts they've filled this fest with.

But I'm not negative about the bill overall...I really look forward to seeing a lot of these acts.

No Delta Spirit or Cage the Elephant. 2 I was expecting.

Delta Spirit has some midwest dates in March/April.  Would not be surprised to see them announced after that.  They don't want to stifle ticket sales at their own shows.

exactly the reason I'm excited about this festival.  These headliners are big enough for my tastes.

I kinda like that there aren't any arena rock acts.

The fact that tickets were $100 and I get to see MMJ and effin' Wilco is too much for me to handle. Everything else is just gravy. And what a tasty gravy it will be.

EasyRyder

Ravenna Colt?! Maybe Quaid will make a guest appearance? That possibility alone might convince me to go...

sweet lineup

Agreed, Ruckus. No need to add a bigger headliner--- No reason for this festival to leap so fast, seems like it's tripled since I went in 2009--this is BIG. No reason to attract the "Hey, I don't know any of the other bands, let's go see Red Hot Chili Peppers' crowd...this is for music lovers..GREAT LINEUP...
but come on...there's nothing sexy about poop. Nothing.  -bbill

why 24? in 2010 it seems like there was at least 90 acts
edit: there was just over 100
don't rock bottom, just listen just slow down...

Devil Ledbetter

I am so happy to see Fruit Bats, Dr. Dog, Jeff the Brotherhood, Sleigh Bells, Atlas Sound & Nico Case on this bill! :D

There is more in this lineup that I wanted to see than at this year's Bonnaroo.
We understand it's the '90s.

I had a twitter chat with JQ and he hinted at this.  I hope to see him join MMJ Saturday night.  I missed his cameos at T5.

GA WEST AT FORECASTLE MOTHERFUCKERS

I'm psyched for the lineup!  Hard to top MMJ and Wilco back to back nights for me.
JTE, Neko, Deer Tick, C Bradley and a bunch of artists I've heard of but have never seen.

Now all we need is some nice weather and this one will be an awesome addition to the summer plans.
was some shakin' and some record playin'

just got an email from roll call, sounds like it'll be great.  any idea how much it's going to be?
some get stoned, some get strange, sooner or later it all gets real.

Roll Call Members VIP Entrance, okay!  (But only ONE person for soundcheck/pit...hrmmm, that's rough).
