Alright, ONE more question...  ;D

Is there a pit area in the front of the main stages, similar to other big fests like Bonnaroo? Wait in line before your desired act to get in the pit area, that sorta thing?

it's just wide open first come first served.  You can throw down a blanket early in the day and hold down the spot, but this doesn't usually work if you want to go from stage to stage to see different bands.  For the bigger stages there's a VIP area that is on the side of the field that runs perpendicular to the stage, which requires the purchase of the VIP passes.
