It's cool she's playing Mtn Park in Holyoke MA...such a great venue. She is amazing, I always forget how much I love her music...When the pawn holds up, listened to it last weekend. Looking forward to the new album!
Oh, I will dine on honey dew And drink the Milk of Paradiseeeee

I'm going to try to catch her again.  She was in top form a few weeks ago - short set (maybe 55 minutes if I'm being generous) but quite a few songs I wanted to hear, the new stuff sounded promising, and she was as ferocious as ever.  It made for a great girls' night out!

I'm looking forward to her new album. I saw her several years ago and loved it.  "Ferocious" is a great description of her music.

Me too, I think we only got 3 new songs or so and I really want to hear more.  I didn't mind how short the set was since she was clearly putting EVERYTHING into it, but I hope the sets on the new tour are a bit longer...

NPR has the set of which you speak: http://www.npr.org/event/music/150422192/fiona-apple-live-in-concert-sxsw-2012

Oh - I saw her after SXSW.  Listened to that earlier and actually thought she sounded a bit better (less nervous?) in Chicago.   :)
