Of course there a buncha threads about NYE. But we got an email from Ticketmaster today with all kinds of details. Pasting from email, but without active links:

Camera Policy
No professional cameras with detachable lenses or audio/video recording devices are permitted.

No Large Bags or Backpacks
Entrance - All doors open at 6:30 p.m.

Parking
Agganis Arena has several convenient options for parking both on-site and within walking distance of the arena. Click here to view a map of area parking.

Traffic Advisory
Due to First Night activity in and around the city we recommend that you allow yourself plenty of travel time.

Public Transportation
The MBTA will operate a modified weekday schedule with additional trains operating at rush-hour levels of services throughout the evening from 3:00 p.m. until approximately 2:00 a.m. More info.

Exit and Reentry
Once guests enter Agganis Arena for an event they are not allowed to exit and reenter the Arena for that same event. Only under emergency circumstances will a guest be allowed to reenter the Arena; prior to exiting arrangements must be made with Arena personnel.
Smoking
Agganis Arena is a smoke-free facility. Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the building. For the safety of our Guests and for the health and comfort of others, there are no areas designated for smoking outside of Agganis Arena.
