Vespa, Bo and Tom answered that in the live chat they did. The transcript was posted on the Old New forum. Unless someone saved it, I'd say that it's gone.

Oh, I know they "answered" it "it's just a loop of Jim saying asjdffasdfasff".  That was an insufficient answer.  Because we all know it's "Kenny Loggins."

Did anyone figure out who the horn section was on night 3?

I'd be interested in learing the answer to this as well

MamaKel

Is it...the end of Darling Nicki? Paul is Dead? Which one's Pink?

A)"Hello, how are you? Fine, fine. 'Cause I know that the Lord is coming soon. Coming, coming soon", followed by THiRTY SEVEN "hah"s.

B)"Revolution 9"   "Turn me on, dead man ... turn me on, dead man ... turn me on, dead man..."   Heard repeatedly when played backwards.

C)"Hello, hunters. Congratulations. You've just discovered the secret message. Please send your answer to Old Pink, care of the funny farm, Chalfont." (voice in background) "Roger! Carolyne is on the phone!"

I'll have some of whatever Mamakel is having.

Whole Lee Crap!!! This is My all time favorite song, even though I never heard it until less than 3 years ago. I was very lucky to see this rendition with my son, a punk rock bassist, who knew nothing about MMJ, and loved the show. From about 4 minutes to 9 it is as good as MMJ can be, and ends with sax.

that was great - and I had forgotten the next song was Isn't it a Pity.  I really hope a tape of this show surfaces!!

Sorry for the techno-newb ignoramus question, but what program opens a .rar file for Mac?  I've never been able to open one and the downloads on Steam Engine are .rar

Alright, but you gotta catch it!  Both shows, 320 kbps, one zipped file... GO!

Non Sin Breaux

I wish MMJ would just play 2 night in a row at Wiltern, 1 at Santa Barbara, and 1 in Norcal each year. I would go to all 4 and be content and happy! ( from a big medium sized fan)

This band is seriously a bunch of musical wizards.

Dude, that's exactly what I was thinking in the middle of the show!  I'm not joking, I thought to my self that they are like wizards or magicians of sound, they make music that has the power to manipulate emotions and fuck with your mind in ways that seem to defy the limits of mere musicians.  I'm glad they are using their powers for good and not for evil.   I'm half-serious, its hard to describe how good and powerful MMJ are to me that I have to resort to weird, silly sounding shit.  Best live rock band on the planet right now!  Now that some weeks have passed since these shows, I'm jonesing more and more for another chance to experience it again.  Too bad I can't make Port Chester.

SO very well said, you guys.

We are going to miss you at PC, Shug, as well as all the other great peeps who can't make it. That said, make it happen!

Also, a late reply to the .rar-imparied: try winrar. It won't do any nasty stuff except beg for money when you open the free version.
"...it's gonna be great -- I mean me coming back with the band and playing all those hits again"

Thanks, Crispy!  I guess all hope is not lost, but highly unlikely I could make Port Chester.  You guys will have to rock it for me.  I really look forward to the next time I can hang out with the gang!  And thanks for the winrar. advice.  Thanks to JohnnyY for the mp3 versions, I'm sitting pretty.
