Being a member two years now, feel completely ripped off.  Couldn't get GA, seats together, nothing.  And I was on there at 12pm.  What a f'in scam!

Yeah I'm thinking there just weren't that many tickets available for these shows. Factor in the small capacity of the theater, the very small fraction of that capacity being available for purchase and a very large amount of people trying to get tickets and you're going to get a lot of disappointed folks.

I agree with most of this, but leaning more towards Ticketfly not making many tix available to the fan club pre sale. I don't think there was an abnormally large group trying for tix, just not many to be had.

Every now and then 1 GA ticket will pop up or 1 balcony ticket. I keep refreshing for 3-day passes but I'm starting to accept this terrible fate :(

well since ur cart holds it for 20min...if the max was reached in that first 30 seconds it would avert to "sold out" until tix were dropped from ppl's carts after 20min, etc.

i still agree it shouldnt have sold out in 2min but then again we dunno how many tix were alotted to fan club w/1800 seat capacity per night

A ticket that is very high in demand can't sell out in less than a minute 

exactly.  Phish will sell out MSG in about 30 seconds when the tix go on sale.

well thru much much stress and diligence refreshing between fully and myself i have managed to acquire a ga and loge on 27, ga on 28, and loge on 29...i'll be selling that loge on the 27th but cant commit to it yet bc everything is so up in the air...details later bc i know many people will want it obviously

True, but Phish fans don't pay a fee to be part of a club that is supposed to help them get these kind of pre-sale tickets. That's where a lot of my frustration comes in. One of the main reasons I do these fan club things is the easier access to tickets.

after a ton of refreshing I was able to pull 1 3day pass, a GA for night 1 and a GA for night 3.

I hear you, I'm as frustrated as everyone else with roll call/ground control.  I'm not even 100% we can make it to boston, and the thought of eating my tix makes me grumpy.

Somebody claimed they were able to get a Roll Call ticket transferred to them. Not sure who but it was in one of these recent show threads I believe. I've never done it but someone has.
