NYE - Will Call

Does anyone know what time the arena will start handing out the will call tickets?  The box office will be open at 10:00 so I am hoping I  can get the tickets then and avoid a line later in the day.

Didn't they say 12:00 in an email? Definitely a good idea to avoid the lines.
