Jacket Bracket Attack 2012

So as a way to kill some down time until the next batch of Jacket shows, I thought it would be an opportune time to revive the ole Jacket Bracket Attack.  I'd like to thank Xmas Criminal for putting this together what seems like many many years ago and Easy Way for the name.  Sure it's not March Madness time but it'll have to work.

Starting next Monday, a number of song vs. song matchups will be posted.  Generally speaking, you'll have 24 hours to post your picks at which point those matchups will lock and the next batch will be released ready to be voted on.  I urge any and all lurkers to sign up and vote if only for that reason.  The more that participate the better.  Also please don't be shy in your choices.  If you like You Wanna Freak Out more than the Bear, I won't kill you but may poop on your lawn a little.

The 128 songs listed in the other thread have been randomized using a random generator.  There will be some tough early matchups as well as rarity battles.  Almost all the tracks should be available on youtube.  If you don't have access to a song I'm sure many here would be happy to send it your way.  Just PM someone.

Please feel free to post any questions here until the tournament begins.  Perhaps this may influence some Port Chester Spontaneous Curation

Toughest for me was #1. The itunes live version of Knot Comes Loose really makes me love that song. Because everyone voting are people that are around here a lot, I'm surprised by the TIWCWY losing so many to VD. Yac voting against the Omnichord song... weird
